For the entrepreneurial, physically fit and capable spirit, this is great opportunity to take over a successful business with no investment so that I can become a silent partner and pursue my other business activities. Physically work the accounts yourself part-time (30 hrs/wk) for a solid, mid-5 figure annual income (more hours = higher income). Or, expand the business and manage a crew and grow the business as large as your ambitions and creative energy wish. I don't have the time to take it to the next levels with my other commitments... I'd like to phase someone into a majority ownership position by the end of this year. Must have a reliable vehicle and great people skills. If you're a high functioning, skilled (strong, flexible and fit, good endurance, systemic processing, coordinated handling of valuable decor, etc.) physical operator capable of running all phases of a cleaning business and are looking for a unique chance to be bankrolled and virtually given a successful business with a strong, cash-flowing account base, let's chat.
