Bookkeeper/Finance Manager Job Opening in Mount Angel, Oregon - Mount Angel Towers is looking for a Bookkeeper/Finance Manager to join our experienced and dedicated team. Do you have outstanding attention to deal and a minimum of four years? experience with bookkeeping or accounting? If you answered yes and have the skills/ability to:
· Do bank reconciliation and cash management.
· Set up and process ACH bank transactions.
· Get approvals on purchase orders and process accounts payable.
· Prepare and send invoices and follow up on delinquent payments.
· Monitor timecards and process payroll semi-monthly.
· Generate financial statements and related reports.
· Compile information needed for annual audit/tax accountant.
· Preparation of annual budget and maintain an orderly accounting.
· Operate ACCPAC or equivalent accounting software.
