Billing Specialist Job Opening in Williston, Vermont - Our Health Direct Pharmacy in Williston, Vermont is looking for a Full-Time Long Term Care Billing Specialist. This individual will assist in the centralized billing of all claims and be responsible for accurate data entry of resident insurance information. They will also review resident sheets, make corrections, as needed, and provide customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities.
Candidates must be reliable, customer service oriented individuals and willing to work day, evening and weekend shifts. They must possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and general computer and keyboarding skills.
A High School Diploma or GED is required and an Associates Degree or higher is preferred. 1-2 years of Pharmacy experience is strongly preferred as well as experience in Long Term Care pharmacy billing and a general knowledge of Medicare D Insurance, Medicare A, Accounting, Third Party Processing and/or Pharmacy Operations.
