Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Rapid City, South dakota - Regional Corporate Sales Manager For Commercial Facilities janitorial and environmental services Company
We are seeking a Sales Manager willing to travel approx. 2 weeks a month for a regional, family owned commercial Janitorial company. This role will be responsible for selling our janitorial services to prospective clients in South Dakota, Wyoming and North Dakota.
Primary responsibilities: Identify/procure potential clients using telephone, email and in person networking skills. Develop and maintain customer relations. Create and deliver presentations to clients. Contract negotiations regarding potential clients requirements for their office needs. Tracking and maintaining accurate records of contacts, visits and follow up information.
Preferred Qualifications: B2B sales experience, excellent written and verbal communication, team player along with work independently, self motivated, high level of integrity and character, detail orientated, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office.

Base salary plus commission
