The Marketing Manager Is a hands-on role. Their primary duties include managing the lead pipeline and coordinate with outside vendors to leverage our trade spending to create qualified leads. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing and the ability to create content.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the company trade show and event marketing activity.
Develop strategies for and oversee all corporate communications, including press/media, website, print/digital advertising and collateral materials, content marketing, SEO, e-mail and a growing presence in social media
Establish and maintain relationships with marketing-related consultants, vendors and partners.
Further develop content marketing development and distribution strategy to best position the company as a national market leader. Influences and collaborates with senior level stakeholders to align on company and brand goals.
Consult and advise the General Manager in all Marketing-related matters.
Occasional travel to trade shows and customers may be required several times per year.
May manage others.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4-7 years of related experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
High level computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience with SFDC and pardot strongly preferred.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities as required.
Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with a high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Ability to create and maintain a professional relationship and line of communication with all internal and external business contacts and customers.
Ability to travel as needed
