Inside Sales/Marketing/Business Administration Job Opening in Horsham, Pennsylvania - JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a family owned and operated small business looking for a motivated self-starter for an Inside Administration role. This individual would be responsible for the support and sale of electronic components and custom solutions to original equipment manufacturers (OEM?s) across the MidAtlantic & Chesapeake Territories.
When you work in a small business environment, you have to be willing to wear many hats in order to be effective. We are looking for an individual who is a team player, who can perform several duties including but not limited to inside sales, marketing and administrative work. This position could eventually move to being an outside sales representative (if interested).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining Incoming calls and following up on quote opportunities
Calls/Prospecting for new customers ? and new opportunities within existing customers ? for our manufacturers? products and services
Building and maintaining customer relationships with engineering and purchasing, in order to identify new opportunities and grow sales
Effectively manage email and direct mail marketing campaigns
Data Entry of account profile information
Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
Data Mining customer websites, in addition to Hoovers and Lexis Nexis
Identifying and addressing customers? needs in a timely manner, in order to drive sales opportunities from concept to design and qualification to production and ultimately, to revenue.
Providing post-production support to customers
Attending sales meetings, conferences, trade shows and other events, as needed
Regular, real-time updating of CRM/Opportunity Tracking database
Preparation of reports
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent oral, written and computer skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access a plus
Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
Absolutely MUST be detail oriented.
COMPENSATION
This position would be a salaried position based on experience level with a base + bonus structure
The bonus structure would be based on KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
