Healthcare Recruiter Job Opening in Melville, New york - Achieve Beyond is a national pediatric healthcare agency. We provide services children with developmental delays throughout the United States. We are currently seeking a National Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be located in our Melville office.
The National Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting healthcare providers throughout Long Island, Nassau and Suffolk counties. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, high energy, motivated individual with the ability to multitask. This position requires analytical strength and ability to work as part of a team. Some travel is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting Candidates
Ability to meet goals by developing and following an action plan
Identifying new and creative ways to source viable clients including: directories, contact lists, database leads, internet resources and personal networking
Attending industry related functions to increase networking opportunities while gaining valuable knowledge
Build strong networks in your assigned territory, and embrace full responsibility and accountability for the company?s relationships with the therapist community, professional organizations, universities and influential industry contacts within that territory
Conducting interviews to get to know potential candidates and their skills
Developing an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the needs of our organization
Working closely with program managers to fill program needs
Coordinate program orientation for per diem employees
Regularly update database with information of potential candidates and new hires
Other duties as assigned by manager
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree or work related experience preferred
Previous sales/retail experience a plus
Previous healthcare recruiting a plus
This is an exciting role with a base pay between 30 - 35k with unlimited bonus potential
