Daily responsibilities include:
Collect and gather information from doctors? offices as it relates to advertising -
Weekly communications with doctors? offices to review media schedule, advertising response and retrieve patient updates
Data entry & analysis
Troubleshoot advertising issues
Review advertising plans and provide recommendations
Working on multiple projects concurrently
Assist with various clerical tasks as necessary
Report to Site Support Manager
Qualifications include:
Proofreading
Highly organized
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent phone/email communications skills
College degree preferred
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
This is an entry level position. Previous office experience will be considered.
