eni ? a national provider of Employee Benefit Solutions ? is currently seeking a Full-Time BalanceCare Guide to join our team in Vestal, NY.
Position Overview:
BalanceCare Guides provide health advocacy, health benefit education, claims assistance, appeals support, and excellent customer service to members of our client base of over 2 million employees nationwide. Working in a professional, fun, technology-forward, and innovative company ? BalanceCare Guides work with the employees of companies ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to local small businesses ? answering and supporting a wide range of benefits support questions.
