B2B Travelling Ad Sales Representative Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - We are One Stop Hospitality, LLC, an industry leader with over 35+ years of experience. We produce in-room guest directories, key cards, TV Channel Tents, and other hospitality products for the hospitality industry, including our new digital mobile app and TV advertising options. Our in-room guest directories have both the hotel?s information as well as a ?concierge referral program? at the back of the book with advertisements from local businesses (i.e. restaurants, shops, transportation services, etc.) and are used by the guests who are looking for things to do and services in the area. Job Description: We are looking for a self-motivated outside sales person to sell advertising to local businesses. Leads are provided. Renewals are protected! Hotels are pre-contracted.
Pre-requisites:
*2 plus years of recent business to business or outside sales experience; advertising sales not necessary, but outside sales is a must!!!
*Business-minded; able to work independently and have good time management and organizational skills
*Good business and work ethics; accountability is a must!
*Print advertising and/or digital media sales preferred
*Experience with business development and lead generation
*Friendly and outgoing; professional appearance and demeanor
*Ability to create long-term meaningful working relationships with clients and partner properties

Part Time or Full Time Opportunities; There are commissions + expenses + bonuses and you are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. We provide sales materials and everything you need to be successful right from the start.
Training provided. 2+ years of b2b or outside sales experience is a must. Travel is required. Depending on your home location, it might be up to 500 miles one way for home. Travel requirements vary location to location.
We offer the opportunity to come on board with us under two options:
1) Employee of the company (Employment Contract + Forms): We cover you under Workman's comp, match FICA, Social Security, you are covered by unemployment, and receive a stipend monthly. The commission check is taxed. Commission Rates range from 30-40%. The social security and medicare option is a 7.65% match so that is the reason why the commission rates are slightly lower. The accounts receivables monies are paid differently than the vendor contract. The terms and conditions required by an employee are different and a training manual with policies, etc will be developed.
2) Vendor for the company (Company Contract Vendor Agreement): You fill out the W-9 as a Individual/Sole Proprietorship, Corporation, LLC, Partnership, however you want us to pay and what entity to pay. We pay commission rates of 35-45%, untaxed. The terms are laid out within.
