We are looking for someone who wants to proactively provide customized engineered solutions to agricultural and industrial customers so that our customers can grow and thrive in their businesses. Our long-lived products ? many have been in use for over 40 years ?serve as a foundation to build long-term successful working relationships with new and existing customers to provide them solutions as their needs change.

Background and Experience
You have a college degree, preferably in a field of engineering, design or project/operations management. Alternatively, you have 5 plus years of agricultural or related work experience and are within two years of attaining your college degree.
Agricultural grain handling/storage operations are something that you have hands-on experience with, know well and find highly important and interesting.
You have 3-5 years of meaningful, practical work experience following attainment of your undergraduate degree, preferably in Agriculture or a related business.
You are results oriented and enjoy designing and executing a successful plan to achieve growth goals, including networking, prospecting and qualifying new customers to expand our customer base.
You are a high achiever who is highly organized with very strong time management skills.
You have strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and are a great listener. You have demonstrated experience in leveraging these skills to help others.
You are willing to do hard work to achieve success and expect rewards for the work.
You are a team player and enjoy competing to win as an individual and as a team.
You are intellectually curious, always seeking ways to learn and grow your capabilities.
You are experienced at developing, presenting and selling your ideas and recommendations so that others understand and buy-in to them.
You have always loved problem solving and puzzles and are quite good at understanding the details of a challenge and creating practical solutions!
You are a whole systems thinker ? always striving to see how a process or system functions from end-to-end. You are able to conceptualize how a change in one part of a system will impact both upstream and downstream components.
You are a spatially adept thinker and able to fully envision desired outcomes from two-dimensional drawings and blueprints. Ideally, you have experience building things.
You seek to earn monetary rewards based on personal performance and production while also making a meaningful difference in the world around you and maintaining a reasonable work/life balance.
