About Us: We are a commercial and industrial mechanical service provider specializing in HVAC, building automation, electrical, chillers, boilers, piping, plumbing, sheet metal and equipment rental. We are a self-performing service provider covering all or parts of 15 states-Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial HVAC Service Sales / Account Executive in the above market.
We are looking for an experienced Executive who understands the HVAC business and the industry, and can focus on selling new and renewal service contracts, and HVAC solutions.
The Executive will be responsible for the sales and margin growth of the Service Sales business segment. The Executive will successfully deliver total solution proposals to their customers. These total solutions will include HVAC service agreements, as well as comprehensive turnkey solutions that include equipment, parts, and planned maintenance services. The Executive will provide total solution techniques to develop and close contracts.
Qualifications:
*3 plus years of HVAC sales experience
*Must have a proven track record of developing and closing new business
*Must have strong presentation skills
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
*Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities particularly focusing on selling building services including; HVAC maintenance agreements, retrofits, controls, electrical and plumbing services.
*Be willing to regularly travel throughout the assigned territory
