Our team markets and sells vacations in over 100 ?? and kiosk-concept retail locations. We are looking for a talented, driven Sales Manager with great energy and passion to close sales and manage our sales team inside the Bass Pro ShopsŪ in Little Rock, AR.
Responsibilities Include:
Proven ability to personally sell and coach others
Provide excellent service by fulfilling the vacation and travel needs of every customer
Maintain standards of personal and team lead collection, package sales, and other sales promotions
Qualifications:
Previous sales and/or marketing management experience - required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet proficiency ? required
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
Sound oral, written and face to face communication skills.
Strong conflict resolution skills
High school diploma or equivalent - required

Attractive compensation plan ? base hourly + uncapped biweekly commissions
