Promotes the mission and philosophy of NPHS by being helpful, courteous and positive with co-workers and customers of NPHS, refraining from gossip or mean comments regarding co-workers or clients of NPHS and by supporting management decisions, policies and projects.
Ensure that all direct service components are delivered in an integrated way to all children and families by collecting data/observations.
Provide regular, written and oral (quarterly and/or monthly) analytical reports to the Executive Director to monitor ongoing progress of the program?s operations.
Visit all NPHS centers and monitor sites for compliance with WV Child Care Center Licensing, federal/state Transportation regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, and other federal/state laws and regulations and to evaluate operations and make improvements when needed
Oversees and Revises Program Operations Manual
Oversees and organizations annual Self Assessment
Manages special Projects as assigned
Requires:
Bachelors? Degree in Child Development, Family -Studies, Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Social Work or related field,
Two years? supervisory experience
o Head Start field related experience as an Program Coordinator or Content Area Expert or other Supervisory Head Start Experience preferred
Knowledge of WV Child Care Center Licensing Regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, Food Service laws, Fire safety laws, and other employment regulations is preferred.
Experience compiling data from various sources and producing analytical reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain schedule and complete schedule monitoring visits at sites through 5 county service area
Full-time with benefits. Salary: $34,902.40
