Sr. Accountant Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Senior Accountant needed for Commercial Real Estate office. 3 years real estate experience required.
Duties to include:
Preparation of financials for 25-30 entities
Co-ordinate with property management on CAM recs
Supervise accounting assistants:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Coordinate preparation and filing of tax returns and K-1?s
Tracking of:
Property ownership
Property taxes
Recoveries
Budgets
Quarterly financial meetings with investors
Knowledge of MRI software desirable
Compensation based on experience, knowledge level and education.
