Select Fitness is a Newly Renovated Gym right next to the Ice Palace
We are expanding and need Sales Representatives to join our team. Here at Select Fitness we focus on providing the best customer service and best knowledge to the industry while helping our clients achieve their goals. We are constantly upgrading our equipment and always leading the way with best practices. We offer our reps:
Competitive base salary + Commission - You can earn over $40k per year
Warm and hot leads are provided, however cold calling is required
Product training to ensure you are successful in our industry - we build upon your existing sales knowledge

Your duties will include:
Completing our product and service training
Drive Membership and foot traffic through the door!
Track all activities and potential new members
Work with local businesses to build wellness programs and build awareness
Educate the community and promote Select Fitness
To be considered:
You have at least one year of proven sales experience
A positive, "Go-Getter" attitude
Great relationship building skills
Fitness sales preferred but not required
Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining and building the member base of Select Fitness. You will be responsible for Lead Generation, marketing, and signing up new members. This position will be the face of the business and needs to be professional, well spoken, and energetic. A positive attitude and love for fitness and health is a MUST!Select Fitness has been in business for over 7 years and is a staple in the community. We are looking to be the best in the area and are in need of a top salesperson. You will be working directly with the owner and learning from his vast sales DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Lead Generation: Bring in new members via business wellness programs, holding events at local businesses, cold calling, and spreading the word of mouth.-Live the vision of Select Fitness and explain our ?Community? environment and concept. Focus on building value and never sell on and sells all memberships or packages Select Fitness tours to new members when in weekly marketing and outreach events (usually 2 per month) provide documentation of results and keep detailed notesAttends any mandatory staff meetings or sales : Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks; where : To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Intellectual
