Sales Associate Job Opening in San Diego, California - Del Toro Loan Servicing is seeking a seasoned sales professional, with a proven track record and solid experience in the real estate or financial industry dealing with Hard Money / Private Money.
Requirements:
Experience as a Sales Professional in the Financial or Real estate industry - Specifically dealing with Hard Money Brokers.
Real Estate License a plus
Experienced in CRM use
Submit Resume with Salary Requirement (36k base plus commissions is the range)
What is Expected of You:
Obtain additional business from our more than 2,000 existing clients
Respond to current incoming lead sources and make written and in person proposals
Build new client relationships, close new business and expand the client base
Meet with attorneys, bankers and other 3rd parties to cultivate referral sources
Travel (mostly Southern CA) at least 3 days a week, sometimes more
Attend periodic trade shows in CA, AZ, NV TX and FL
Attend various community and industry events

Salary: $36,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
