We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to help increase the size of our network infrastructure client base. You will be directly responsible for finding new clients and helping our team to manage existing relationships. You will work directly with senior members of the organization, and will report directly to the CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generate new business development leads through direct marketing strategies including prospecting
Prepare and submit proposals to prospects
Track sales opportunities from start to finish in CRM
Report to senior staff daily on opportunity status and strategy
Design new marketing initiatives
Market and prospect to existing clients
Lead and manage business development meetings
Attend after hours? events/functions to network and raise the profile of our organization
Act as a bridge to our engineers, leveraging their client relationships and leads to promote business
Typical Minimum Requirements
One to two years? experience selling IT Services would be ideal but not mandatory
Three years? in-depth business development experience, preferably in the information technology and/or professional services environment
Proven track record at previous firms with good references
Proven ability to close business
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Core Skill Sets Required
Solid lead generation and qualifying skills
Consistently provides high quality and standardized professional and consultative approach to business development
Ability to working independently with a significant ?attention to detail?
Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency
