CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (ENTRY LEVEL)
SUMMARY : The Entry Level Customer Service is responsible for communicating with our customers via phone, email and their They enter orders into our proprietary system and schedule deliveries as well as communicate daily with drivers as needed. He / She must champion Reliable Delivery?s brand, Leadership, products and services to ensure client satisfaction. He / She must also be able to assist in the warehouse with loading/unloading trucks, staging freight, and pulling orders as needed.
DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Following up on deliveries and resolve drivers/customers issues.
Order entry into our proprietary system.
Work well with team members to guarantee exceptional deliveries.
Update customers? online systems promptly and accurately.
Dispatch orders out to drivers in a timely fashion.
Loading/Unloading freight.
Staging orders.
Pulling orders in the warehouse.
Flexibility is key.
Able to work independently.
:
High school Diploma or equivalent for entry level.
A minimum of 1+ years of strong customer service experience in the transportation industry preferred but not required.
Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Can learn new software and technology quickly.
Active listening and note taking skills.
Highly organized.
