APRN or Physician Wound and Skin Care Specialist Job Opening in Columbus, Ohio - Northeast Surgical Wound Care (NESWC) is the premier wound management service in Ohio since 1998. We provide expert wound and skin care services in long-term care facilities, acute care facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, assisted living facilities, wound care centers, home care and hospice. The NESWC wound care provider team is made up of licensed surgeons, physicians, and advanced practice nurses. They provide expert, bedside evaluation of wounds and primary dermatology issues to determine etiology and to develop an appropriate plan of care. Our providers are specifically trained to handle all aspects of wound care including debridement. Our wound team members each have their own client facilities they manage on weekly bases. Education is a passion for NESWC. Our providers help educate their client facilities, resident family members and other healthcare professionals on a continuous bases. Every fall we host the Cutting Edge Wound Symposium in Cleveland. This year will be our 14th annual symposium.
We are looking for an energetic and passionate wound care provider for the Columbus area to join our team. This position allows for a flexible schedule, comprehensive salary and benefit package, CME allowance, licensure and malpractice coverage paid and collaborating physician and colleague support. Applicants must have a national certification as a Nurse Practitioner in adult or family health. Physicians: Surgeon, Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine.
