Responsibilities:
Build solid relationships with candidates utilizing the internal database, and provided leads
Qualify and match candidates to open job requisitions
Use organizational skills to maintain contact with prospective candidates over a long period of time
Submitting well-qualified applicants to Account Managers
Maintaining a strong social media presence (, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent working experience. Former or current RN's are a plus
1 year experience in Travel Nurse Recruiting and/or a staffing agency (Preferred)
Experience using a CRM/ATS tracking system is a plus
Strong relationship building skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Upbeat personality and the ability to multi-task a must
