Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by helping customers understand their needs, recommend solutions and help them acquire the needed product solutions, consult, sell, and up sell to customers merchandise on behalf of our clients. Work in one or more locations, independently or with another manager. Work closely with District Manager to receive training and coaching when needed, striving to exceed all company expectation. Communicate effectively on the products and services we offer. Diffuse any hostile situations.
