Account Manager - Technology Staffing Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - What we expect of Account Managers:
Responsible for Sales and Account Management for Karyon Global Technology Staffing and Consulting Services.
Sell to New clients and develop our existing client base.
Identity potential target clients, make contact, schedule meetings and develop relationships to grow their account base. Typically, client managers have titles such as VP or Director of Applications, VP or Director of IT, Director of IT Security, or Software Development Manager.
Document and understand the technology stack and profile of accounts.
Meet with clients on an ongoing basis to learn the details of their needs for new projects and additional team members.
Create Job Orders, and hand-off of key elements of the Job Order to the recruiting team.
Manage and be a catalyst for the submission process of candidates to the client.
Facilitate client interviews with candidates and gain client commitment to start consultants.
Work with clients to make decisions on consultant selection, onboarding, and performance based on agreed objectives,
Provide ongoing service that matches our mission to include Managing Statements of Work, Purchase orders, etc.
Document activities and client information in our computer systems.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an individual that has the ability to work hard to achieve great results, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
2+ years? experience in business to business sales ideally selling IT and/or staffing, recruiting services?OR?2+ years? experience selling IT Services.
Selected individual will be competent in all aspects of the sales process, prospecting, cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings, client presentations, gathering requirements and managing results.
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and high-level of accountability and ethical behavior is expected and is part of the core-values of Karyon Global.

Compensation
Karyon Global offers an unlimited Compensation Program. Account Managers in our industry on this type of plan typically make $100k+ and top performers make $500k+.
