Industry leading engineering company has a newly created Accounting Supervisor opportunity due to the company?s growth. This is a great opportunity for accountants with manufacturing experience looking to grow into the Assistant Controller role. Company offers 401K match, generous PTO and benefits.
Responsibilities
Lead financial closing process including consolidations, general accounting, cost accounting
Lead operational accounting including A/R, A/P, payroll, fixed assets, bank compliance reporting and cash management
Management of G/L, monthly closing and monthly financial statement prep
Responsible for credit and collections on accounts
Develop monthly cash forecasts and cash flow management
Develop and grow accounting team?s international offices
Support the VP of Operations and Accounting in financial models, budgets, forecasts and analytical projects
Requirements
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Manufacturing and/OR distribution accounting experience
CPA (preferred)
Cost accounting experience (preferred)
Consolidation experience (preferred)
Public accounting experience (preferred)
