Staff Accountant Job Opening in miami, Florida - Staff Accountant COOMPANY: IMUSA USA, LLC To report to the Senior Accountant and Vicepresident For immediate hire JOB FUNCTION Processes: Process accounts receivable transactions and receipts Process A/R collection and chargebacks Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries as required Prepare government census reports Prepare bank reconciliation on a monthly basis Prepare accounts and expense Prepare state sales and use tax, royalty, and other returns on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as needed Provide support for the external auditors and tax accountants Special projects as needed WORK EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS 2-3 years of accounting experience EDUCATION BS in Accounting from four-year college or university PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS Computer skills (Excel, Word, ASI,); Language skills; Reasoning ability, good organizational skills ADDITIONAL / OPTIONAL SKILLS Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word, ASI,) miami fl florida
