Sales Director Job Opening in Sherman, Texas - Sales Director Summary:
Pecan Point is a state-of-the-art Assisted Living and Memory Care Community located in Sherman, TX that seeks to provide senior adults with a quality lifestyle in an inspiring environment. We are currently looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our leadership team as the Sales Director. The Sales Director is responsible for performing the sales activities necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals while continuously maximizing occupancy. Responsibilities include giving tours, closing sales, out-reach, cold-calling, attending meetings and events that would produce referrals, and holding community events.
Sales Director Requirements:
The ideal Marketing Director will have one or more years of successful professional sales experience preferably in senior housing (IL, AL, or LTC). Candidates will also have professional communication skills with the ability to plan, organize and coordinate events. Strong computer skills required. Experience with CRM software a plus. College degree preferred.
