Business Sales Representative Job Opening in Kernersville, North carolina - Our company is an Independent Agency that works solely in the market of offering enhanced benefits to small to mid-size companies through highly branded "A" Rated - Life and Health Insurance Companies that specialize in products that cover the high deductibles and co-payments created by the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) or loss of income due to sickness or injury.
We are expanding operations in the Piedmont and Western NC market place, and are in search of several professional sales representatives that are self-motivated and want the opportunity to earn what they are worth. Past outside sales is preferred but experience dealing with the public in a professional environment will be considered. Being an excellent communicator is the key to our business.
Our target market is business from 2-50 employees, however all business? are a potential client so except for your personal activity; there are few reasons that will prevent your success. Training by a highly experienced management team will be provided in both a classroom and field environment. Online product and sales training will also be available.
1st year income potential is over $50,000 but will be determined based on your focus and dedication to the expectations. First year sales bonuses, as well as bonus opportunities from year 2 forward are provided. A residual income is part of the compensation package with all health products sold. In addition, Stock Bonus is available with products sold through our preferred insurance carrier.
After an initial interview, background checks are required prior to any employment contract being offered. Obtaining a NC Life and Health Insurance license will be required. Only serious candidate should apply.
