RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staffing/scheduling of nurses (assign nurse shifts to patients)
Manage & maintain nurse/patient schedules
Answer high volume of calls
Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to staff and clients
Post job ads for nurses
Actively recruit & staff nurse personnel
Interview and screen nurse candidates
Accompanying the Homecare Manager on sales/customer service calls
Assist in prospecting for future business (generate leads)
Meet goals & deadlines
Assisting with payroll, billing and collections
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must enjoy sales and business development, while providing customer service to clients
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree a PLUS
Proficient in English required, Bilingual a PLUS
Highly organized
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Capability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
Effective communication skills
Ability to analyze information through problem-solving
Computer literate and able to adapt to various software
Proficient in placing high volume calls
Strives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
