We are looking for an experienced Licensed Nurse to be our Health & Wellness Director. This person will be responsible for the personal care services provided by the community staff to residents; the health assessment and services planning for all of the community�s residents; and care coordination for residents� health needs from the health care community and vendors. This position manages a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education and support. Your dynamic leadership combined with superior communication skills, a high degree of professionalism and ability to promote a healthy lifestyle for all will be instrumental. Ideal candidates will have prior progressive management experience. A bachelor�s degree in a health-related field is recommended and a current nursing license is required plus ability to demonstrate evidence of current geriatric knowledge and state regulations.
