Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Opening in Calabasas, California - FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE FOR ACCOUNTANT/ BOOKKEEPER MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
- The right candidate must be a Quick Books Expert with minimum of 3 years experience and have a very firm grip on all aspects of managerial accounting and financial statement preparation.
-Has knowledge of using CRM systems, known within the Home Improvement industry
-Someone who can work independently and cohesively with management, possesses strong communication skills and truly enjoys helping management better understand their business by providing them with timely and accurate financial information.
-Must be a quick learner
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Able to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Entering and verifying bills
- Resolving account issues with customers regarding invoicing, charge backs and discounts.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliation
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reports.
- Correspondence with clients and vendors
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
- Excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills within the English language
- Excellent organizational skills
