Accounting Manager / Bookkeeper Job Opening in Windsor, California - Creative millennial (Gen X or Gen Y or Baby Boomers) who is a Jill (or Jack) of all trades, but master of none (or of Accounting : ) ) seeks established company with driven employees to help him or her experience a sense of accomplishment. Women owned business is looking for a full-time Account Manager. The hours for this position will be Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. Rough idea of some of the duties this position would consist of: Processes all accounts (checking, credit cards, payables, receivables, etc. ) Maintains and distributes employee payroll ensuring that employee time is accounted for per job. Makes deposits, write checks, and maintains regular balance controls on all accounts. Provides financial reports; P&L Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, and anything else that would be beneficial for the growth of the company. With the assistance of Operations Manager and CEO develop budgets for departments. Managing of the office such as inventory control, ordering of supplies, and back-up on phones. Proficient at QuickBooks, Office Outlook, and ability to maneuver websites (not just Facebook) is a must. Can handle the stress of calling people who owe money and sometimes doesn't want to pay. Being in a culture that is very team oriented, solution based, hardworking, and the phrase "that's not my job" removed from its vocabulary. Honesty, Integrity, Trust & Teamwork are the core values this company runs on, if you don't possess those values don't apply.
