Staff Accountant Job Opening in Costa Mesa, California - A rapidly growing international beauty services and products conglomerate is looking to add a Staff Accountant to the team! This role will work side-by-side with the Controller on all aspects of accounting for multiple entities focused on manufacturing, distribution, and franchising. Accounts Payable / Receivable / Collections
Communicating with regarding accounting-related issues
Help Desk Support
General Journal entries
Reconciling bank and other GL accounts
Expense report processing and reconciliation
Reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts
Invoicing
Inventory control
General Ledger account analysis
Assist with month/year-end closing processes
Assist with data collection required for audits
General administrative tasks
Other projects as assigned
:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or related field required
Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role
General understanding of GAAP and other accounting practices
QuickBooks experience preferred, NetSuite a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
