Re-Roof Sales Department Manager Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Alpha Omega Construction Group, Inc has been serving the Southeast for more than two decades! Due to this tremendous growth we are in need of an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our Re-Roof Department in Charlotte!
Summary: Train, supervise and support the Re-Roof sales team. Read and understand the scope of work and all contract documents associated with Re-Roofing projects. Source and compile list of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Build relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities
Primary Duties:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands a company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Seek potential clients by traveling to neighborhoods to either search for roofs that require repair or promote company through door-to-door marketing.
Respond to customer email and phone call question and requests
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities
Ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
Experience
Successful previous experience as a sales manager
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry experience
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
