This Outside Sales Rep must provide World Class Service to our customers by helping them design and purchase full-service heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality maintenance programs. He or she has excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be willing to learn and maintain thorough product and service knowledge.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, some post high school education, basic computer skills, a professional appearance, outgoing personality, and a strong self starter attitude. In addition, he or she must have a current and unrestricted driver's license in this state. No experience is necessary, but In Home Sales experience is a plus. A winning attitude is a must!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-- Identify & approach target clients
-- Build relationships & identify opportunities
-- Reports sales performance weekly
-- Completes all necessary sales paperwork, including agreements, install notes, etc.
-- Follows up with open leads daily
-- Makes "Happy calls" post acquisition to ensure customer satisfaction and to generate referral leads
-- Attends monthly performance review and goal setting session
