Requirements:
Understand and embody the store brand and luxury customer service.
Personally engage with all customers and commit to fluency their names and preferences
A commitment to delivering top notch, personalized customer service
A detailed understanding of fit and construction of clothes and jewelry
A love for the luxury brands carried at store
Excellent organizational skills
An elevated sense of personal style that resonates with the brand
A love for conversation and communication with strangers and peers alike
A flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays. 35-40 hours per week
Three or more years experience in a luxury environment or equivalent service
