Commission Based Sales Job Opening in Amherst, New hampshire - No Silence Media is a full service advertising agency that specializes in video production. We create cinematic content and manage advertising campaigns for a multitude of clients. We provide video, photography, social media management, graphic design, branding, and anything else that's necessary to aid our clients in generating new business, gaining new clients, or building an audience.
Passion is critical in everything this company does. We make decisions out of the desire to create quality content and be a part of companies and individuals we have a personal appreciation for. We do not make decisions based on our bottom line.
We're looking for extremely ambitious and motivated people looking to build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs as well as our business, and generate revenue through those avenues.
Job Specifics:
Commission Based Only
Negotiable Commission Percentage
Able to be done from home or wherever is convenient
Weekly meetings Monday evening are mandatory
Required Responsibilities:
Driving to business and meeting locations to generate leads and speak with prospective clients.
Organizing leads and tracking progress with selling and signing to new clients.
Coordinating with the appropriate team members to ensure the prospective client and project fits within the company's passions.
Thoroughly learning and understanding our pricing using provided materials and being capable of creating estimates based on a client's individual needs.
Negotiating with clients to agree on a price for various services.
Necessary :
Previous sales experience
Self-starter
Strong negotiation skills
