Owner seeks an experienced person for the job of an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to manage a proposed 121 units Assisted living facility at Bridge Street, Dracut. MA.
The Owner has a Site Plan Approval. The candidate shall assist in financing, Government approvals and Operation of the community. The salary will be in line with the qualifications of the candidate. The job will be a part time for about nine months and paid as a Consultant. Then a full time job shall begin if the owner is successful in getting all future approvals.
