Lebeda Mattress Factory is looking to expand our sales staff at our Urbandale Iowa location. Are you looking for part-time? Maybe full-time? We can discuss your availability 20 - 40 hours per week.
Compensation = $12 hr. with opportunities for commission.
Additional benefits available for persons working full-time.
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
At least 1 year background in retail sales or customer service.
A person who works well as a self-starter.
Great attention to detail; paperwork and computer skills.
A desire for matching customers with the products to meet THEIR needs.
Have the desire to work in a team environment.
Ability to work with all facets/departments of our organization.
Have the skills to successfully multi-task with multiple customers achieving positive results.
Have excellent relationship building skills.
A strong desire to learn new concepts and procedures.
