National Sales Executive Job Opening in Green Bay, Wisconsin - Are you a goal driven sales professional with a passion for new technology?
We are seeking a tech-savvy, national sales executive to promote and educate new real estate technology to generations that are ready to change the status quo of real estate!
Duties may include:
Leverage current and past to maximize business potential.
Build and retain new client relationships through performing regionally based calls and face to face meetings.
Travel as needed to assigned regional locations to meet with potential clients.
Attend real estate conferences, trade shows, and meetings as a brand ambassador.
Identify new business opportunities as industry/market trends change.
Work closely with associated departments to ensure proper completion of brokerage onboarding.
Conduct client account review calls and provide brokerage and property specific reporting regularly.
Identify upsell opportunities for additional real estate services.
Maintain account contracts/prevent cancellation through identifying at-risk clients based on engagement and use of services.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years in Sales and/or Account Management required in related industry.
4-year business degree or relevant experience required.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client partnerships.
Possess a strong desire to achieve top results (including up-selling) with a positive ?can-do? attitude over the phone and in-person.
Highly proficient in Google Apps based applications.
"Tech-Savvy" eagerness to learn new platforms and stay on top of industry trends.
