Estimator/Project Manager Job Opening in Charleston, South carolina - Job Description: We are a seeking an Estimator/Project Assistant to support our siding operation. You will be responsible for clear and timely correspondence with all project members, as well as accurate material calculations and associated cost estimation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, flexible, and experienced in construction project management, accounting, and trades. Primarily situated in an office environment, with occasional visits to job sites and vendor locations, this is a continually developing position with growth potential.
Essential Duties:
Develop and maintain material pricing
Perform detailed plan reviews
Prepare complete estimates and proposals
Logistical management
Data mining/research
Qualifications:
Solid background in construction
Customer service experience
Experience with quick books
Takeoff experience (Plan Swift/Active Takeoff)
AutoCAD/Revit a plus
