At the moment, we are filling opportunities in our primary patient advocacy department, which is our call center. As a virtual front desk/medical assistant you will serve as a trusted and valuable advisor to our clients and their patients. You will use your active listening skills to serve patients, people just like you, by answering questions, resolving issues, building a strong rapport.
The most important attribute of someone who is successful in this role will be his/her ability to deliver exceptional customer service to about 60 to 80 patients a day with compassion and empathy. You will enable the person on the other end of the phone to understand there is a real person who wants to help them navigate through the complexities of health care. We will train you to be able do this with exceptional results.
This position is located at our Charlotte, NC regional headquarters. This role will act as a key player and will take part in the success of the overall organization.
