Patient Advocate Job Opening in Westlake, Ohio - J.P. Farley Corporation is looking for another energetic, hard-working team player to join our growing fast-paced office. Our advocates are passionate about helping plan members understand their benefits and have a positive experience utilizing their health plan. As a patient advocate you will lend support to patients during the often overwhelming claims and billing process so patients can focus on their health care.
This position will require that you fulfill a variety of customer service responsibilities including: answering phone calls, responding to online inquiries, assisting members in understanding their benefits, verification of benefits & payments and assistance with a variety of client-focused service. The ideal candidate will excel in a high performance, customer centric environment and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer assistance. This position requires a candidate to have previous customer service experience, preferably at an advanced level. The ability to confidently and compassionately deliver information to members that consistently exceeds the client?s expectations is key.

Basic PC Skills ? Windows, Microsoft Office, typing
Previous customer service experience required
