POSITION DESCRIPTION
Project Coordinator
We are currently searching for a savvy, energetic, hard-working and dependable recent graduate Project Coordinator to work in our Cleveland office and occasionally our Columbus office. Successful candidates must have excellent communication, customer service skills and be outcome-oriented and conscientious. The ability to work in a transforming environment with strong attention to detail and organization is essential as well as the ability to respond proactively. The ideal individual will have passion and take pride in making a difference and being an integral part of a small team.
General Responsibilities
Data entry and database management
CRM modification and updates and training
Project specific reporting and ad-hoc reporting
Project management
Manage and support health improvement projects across multi-stakeholders
Position the organization as a catalyst in creating a culture of health amongst employer/business and the community.
Be a trusted neutral thought leader bringing the business voice to strategic health improvement conversations.
Attend external multi-stakeholder, community and partner meetings
Conceptualize, manage, organize and support multi-stakeholder events when applicable
Coordinate projects across internal and external stakeholders
Assist with creating connectivity across our members and other stakeholders
Review/answer emails to general corporate inbox
Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to scanning, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing
Prepare meeting materials, outlines, presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other business information
Coordinate meetings, conference calls and events as needed including but not limited to scheduling, travel arrangements, lodging, catering and setup/cleanup
Record minutes at various meetings and archive accordingly
Assist with special projects and assume responsibility for their development, administration and promotion as required
Requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects with superb accuracy
Understand how to prioritize and manage time
Strong administrative and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person
Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
Critical thinking
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
1+ years of project management experience
Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite, internet
Must have a professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be tactful, courteous, and diplomatic
Solid and reliable transportation mandatory. Must be available to travel and work a flexible schedule.
