As the region?s leading internal health practice, McCaffrey Family Health Center is expanding and adding a Wellness Customer Service Representative to its practice team. The Wellness CSR plays a key role in helping change the lives of our patients through the McCaffrey Metabolic Weight Loss program. Co-created by Dr. McCaffrey, this program is a multi-phased, physician supervised approach to weight loss and long-term weight management. Based on sound scientific and physiological principle, the program focuses on whole body nutrition and digestions, with a proven decade of helping thousands reclaim their life.

Position Responsibilities
The primary function of the Wellness CSR includes administering day-to-day office activities, communicating and interacting with patients, and implementing targeted marketing initiatives to achieve patient satisfaction and to support growth for MFHC.
Participate in initial patient Consultations to show how Wellness CSR increases patient success.
Handle all duties associated with processing new and restart patients
Schedule all future patient appointments per package inclusions
Process patient payment and set up payment plans, if needed.
Assist Business Development Rep during in-program visits, as needed.
Arrange for patients to use the Member Portal and FB Support page and explains benefit.
Monitor and respond to all patient communication channels (e.g. emails, phone, FB, Web, etc.) escalating ?RED? concerns as needed.
Participate in business Facebook page, helping educate, encourage and inspire patients.
Monitor inventory of products, marketing & program collateral, and seminar toolkit, reporting shortages.
Prepare the WL treatment rooms and value-added rooms for patients use.
Maintain information in patient management system
Create and manage process for Patients Certificates and Testimonial Videos.
Position Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years? customer service experience in healthcare office or fast-paced environment
Experience in Chiropractic, Healthy & Wellness or Weight Loss industry a plus.
Demonstrates a genuine passion, interest and personal commitment to healthy lifestyle choices
Self-motivated with the ability and desire to exceed patient expectations
Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
Resume must demonstrate stable employment history.
