If you have the ambition and the successful sales and customer service background to match, the McClain's RV Parts Team is looking for a motivated, sales and customer service driven individual to join our team of professionals serving families and folks enjoying the RV lifestyle.
Training is provided to help you to become an integral part of our parts team, meeting with folks taking delivery of their new McClain's RV while helping to show and plan how to enjoy all the many features of their new rv and the fun they will have doing it!
Continual training provided by our team to show you how to be a resource for our customers in parts and accessory product knowledge so that you can serve and SELL!
Salary + commission pay plan, 100% employer paid health insurance , matching 401k, profit sharing, dental/life insurance, and paid PTO. Work within a rotation that assures two or more regularly scheduled Saturdays off per month and CLOSED SUNDAYS.
We are seeking someone who likes to have fun selling. You must bring the enthusiasm, desire, and drive to be successful. We embrace good character - taking into account your previous sales employment experience, drug screen, driving record and background check.
