Sales Job Opening in Boulder, Colorado - We are seeking a motivated, Sales Assistant to support our Senior Mortgage Advisors.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and an early employee at a Boulder-based FinTech startup that's reinventing the traditional mortgage lending process. We are delivering a modern, fast, automated experience for borrowers.
You will have an equity stake with very interesting upside potential.
As a Sales Assistant, you will prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management system. You will qualify borrower leads and schedule appointments with our Senior Mortgage Advisors, who are licensed loan officers. There is also potential to grow into a Licensed Loan Officer. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Rigorously follow up with leads in your pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of borrower leads).
Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, text messaging, and overall management of sales pipeline.
Get potential clients ready to talk about loan options with Senior Mortgage Advisors.
Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments.
Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.
