We are looking for smart, well organized and hard-working individuals to join our growing team as a Behavioral Health Marketing Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join and become a core member of an established Behavioral Health Agency. We provide Community-Based Mental Health Services for a variety of clients. We need an upbeat, friendly, well-spoken, commanding individual for this position. We?re a fun company to work for, with interesting people, a laid-back culture, and good work-life balance.
Due to projected market growth in the Metro Atlanta and Savannah areas, we are looking for a dynamic professional to join our workforce. We offer a flexible working environment. This will be a busy role within a competitive environment. This is NOT a desk job, you will be in the community 85% of the time managing your own schedule to meet deadlines and targets monthly.
We have built our reputation by delivering the highest levels of service and are looking for someone who shares our values to complement our busy team. Initially you will be providing marketing services and building a network of referral sources. You will conducting Lunch and Learns, meetings and follow-ups with DFCS, DJJ, Hospitals, PRTF?s, Group Homes and Residential Treatment Centers etc.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the agencies activities
- Organize various projects
- Employ marketing techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, etc.)
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Prepare promotional presentations
-Compose and post online content on the company?s website and social media accounts
- Write marketing literature (brochures, presentations etc.) to augment the company?s presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Requirements
Experience as a marketing assistant a plus.
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Exquisite communication, presentation and people skills
High School diploma; experience in the Behavioral Healthcare industry or a degree in the Human Service field (Psychology, Social Work, Criminology, Counseling, or relevant field is a strong advantage.
