Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work company assigned leads. Generate additional leads and build personal pipeline. Maximize job closure rates. Finds new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule. You will develop knowledge of effective communication techniques and familiarity with residential construction industry. Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer?s needs while providing the best possible solution in order to build lasting relationships with your homeowners. Be a positive representation of Hoosier Contractors.
Job Requirements:
Valid driver?s license
Bachelor?s Degree preferred, but not required
Highly motivated
Able bodied (climb ladder when needed)
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Previous construction sales experience is a plus but not required
