Job Purpose:
To provide technical support for company personnel and customer base both directly and indirectly.
Duties:
Specifying technical process instrumentation, both new and retrofit applications.
Providing technical proposals for process instrumentation, both new and retrofit applications.
Instrumentation / process troubleshooting, configuration and training.
Responsible for geographic territory and product lines to provide full customer service in the process control industry.

Education: 2 year minimum technical or engineering degree
Fundamental understanding of electricity.
Ability to utilize meters and hand tools associated with electronic / electrical work as well as read electrical schematics.
Fundamental understanding of computers, local and wide area networks. Primarily Windows based environments and Microsoft Office Suite.
Organized and able to compose one?s self on paper while generating proposals and specifications. Attention to detail and professionalism are paramount.
Ability to comprehend physical processes that may include but are not limited to thermal, fluid flow, level, analytical (pH, ORP, conductivity, etc), pressure and vacuum.
Strong in mathematics.
Self-motivated.
Good listener with ability to really understand a problem or question and then help to find a solution.
Excellent writing skills.
Excellent telephone mannerisms.
