Inside Sales / Purchasing Agent Job Opening in Lynnwood, Washington - We are looking to hire an inside sales & purchasing agent to join our team at a construction supply company.
If you enjoy a fast paced environment that requires multitasking and working with contractors we would like to talk to you! We have a showroom with tools and products we sell, with a sales counter that we are looking to add another person to.
Job duties to include, but not limited to
* answering phones, taking orders over the phone.
* entering orders into our computer system, doing quotes
* general customer service and problem solving with sales people and customers
* upkeep of our showroom (cleaning floors, dusting, re-stocking shelves ect)
* filing paper, handling cash, posting visa payments (general admin duties)
* doing purchase orders, buying products
*negotiating pricing, providing costs to sales people and freight
This job requires you to wear lots of hats, and take direction well. We are a fun small team that takes pride in what we do. Full time work. Wage is negotiable for someone with the right experience.
